What To Expect:
You'll visit our Northern Virginia Studio in Warrenton, VA for your children to experience the magic of Christmas with our Santa. You'll have your reserved private one-on-one time with Santa himself. We'll capture the magic in your child's eyes as Santa enters the room, and continue documenting their experience as they tell Santa what they want for Christmas, and even open a hand-delivered gift (provided by you)!
After your session, you'll receive a digital gallery of 15 high resolution, professionally edited images.
Meet Our 2025 Santa:
We're incredibly excited to welcome back Santa Bob from 2022, 2023 & 2024!
Santa Bob:
Meet Santa Bob! The idea of being Santa came to Bob after a child tentatively approached him in a local restaurant and asked if he was Santa Claus. The excitement in this child's flushed face filled him with so much happiness, he knew in that moment, becoming Santa Claus was going to be in his future. Having realized an innocent child with a pure heart could believe he could be Santa, was so inspiring.
Santa Bob has a long history of working with children and the general public. As an employee of Richmond's Department of Recreation and Parks, he began as an assistant to the City Drama Specialist, instructing city staff and playground participants in improvisational games among other interactive activities. This led to becoming an instructor in developmental games and activities for the physically handicapped, senior population, and ED /LD youth in the city.
In a nutshell, he has worked directly with the public interacting on a personal level and been trusted by families to provide services to their children and parents for over forty years. Becoming Santa is the perfect ending to his varied occupational history.

Booking: Please choose your package selection for your professional Santa pictures, fill out your contract/retainer, and questionnaire.
Planning: You will receive a planning guide from me prior to your session with guidance on what to wear and other tips & tricks to ensure your session goes smoothly! Get ready for the best 2025 Santa photos!
Session Time: Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your session start time. Only one family is allowed in the shooting area at a time. My assistant will wave you into the studio when we are ready for you. Please make sure babies are fed and fully dressed before entering the studio. Because these sessions are back-to-back, the studio changing area and wardrobe is not available for mini sessions.
Gallery Delivery: You will receive the link to download your images 2 weeks after your session.

Our full service newborn photography experience is truly one-of-a-kind and includes professional hair & makeup, wardrobe, and custom artwork design for every client. As a mother of two young kiddos, I know firsthand how easy it is to get lost in the hustle and bustle of motherhood and never getting around to printing our beautiful photos.
Newborn photography will always have my heart, but I am also a huge fan of Santa and everything Christmas-related. Being able to offer these 2024 Santa pictures for my clients truly bring so much joy to my heart. Our Santa experience is now on its 5th year and we cannot wait to see all of our clients return again this year! Getting to watch your kids grow from year to year is one of our favorite parts. WHERE IS YOUR STUDIO LOCATED?
Our full-service studio is located in Warrenton, Virginia 5 minutes from town. While most clients live within 1-1.5 hours of the studio, we have had clients travel from states away just for a Santa session! We are conveniently located in the middle of downtown Warrenton with lots to do nearby!

CAN MY NEWBORN PARTICIPATE?
Yes! As a professional DC newborn photographer, many of my clients choose our Santa experience as their baby's first newborn Santa pictures. It's truly precious and Santa is happy to hold your bundle of joy for the photos! If you're not comfortable with that, you're welcome to dress up for the photos and sit next to Santa while holding your baby.

HOW LONG IS THE SESSION?
Your time slot lasts 12 minutes. We may need the entire 12 minutes or we may get all that we need in the first 2-3 minutes. In the event that your child is hesitant with Santa and/or cries, we will happily photograph for the entire time slot, but will not go over time.

WHO ARE THESE SESSIONS FOR?
Each session begins with a full family photo (unless you opt out) before Santa arrives. This helps ensure at least one beautiful, tear-free photo—especially for little ones who might be overwhelmed by the excitement of seeing Santa. Santa can enter while you’re all seated together, so you get that magical moment and still stay on schedule. Parents can also step out at any point if they prefer the rest of the visit to be just for the kids.

WHO ARE THESE SESSIONS FOR?
These sessions are intended for babies/children and siblings. Parents may hop in at the beginning for a full family photo if they wish, so please dress appropriately. If you have more than 3 children, you must book 2 consecutive spots. We are no longer allowing cousins/friends to book back-to-back spots in order to get a group photo in between. Each individual family will have their own time slot.

HOW MANY CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED?
Each session is limited to up to 3 children (any age) and their two immediate parents or guardians. This ensures every child gets one-on-one time with Santa and a family photo can be captured without rushing. If you have more than 3 children, you must book two back-to-back sessions. This allows enough time for each child to enjoy their moment with Santa and ensures a relaxed, magical experience for your entire family.

ARE GROUP/EXTENDED FAMILY PHOTOS ALLOWED?
To keep sessions running smoothly, we can only accommodate one immediate family per session (up to 3 children and 2 parents/guardians). Extended family and friend group photos are no longer allowed, even with back-to-back bookings. For extended families or friend groups, we recommend booking a full family portrait session on a non-mini session day. That way, we can give your group the time and attention it deserves without the time constraints of a mini session.

CAN I GIFT A SESSION TO SOMEONE?
Only an adult who will be attending the session can reserve a spot. This helps avoid communication issues and ensures they receive all important details and updates. You can still give the gift of a session! Just send the adult participant a digital gift card or the funds ahead of time so they can book it themselves. This way, they stay fully informed and can choose the time that works best for them.

WHO IS ALLOWED IN THE SHOOTING SPACE?
To keep the session calm and focused, only those being photographed (up to 3 children and 2 parents/guardians) are allowed in the shooting space. Extra guests can create distractions and affect the experience, especially for young children. Feel free to take a video on your phone from behind the photographer-designated area for others (like grandma, your cousins, or best friend) to re-live the experience with you later on.

CAN SANTA GIVE A GIFT TO OUR CHILD?
Yes, we love this tradition! To ensure everything runs smoothly, please drop off or mail your gift to the studio before the deadline outlined in your booking paperwork. This allows us to prepare in advance and keeps the session on schedule. Santa’s schedule is tight, and bringing gifts on the day of the session can cause delays, affecting the experience for other families. Sending your gift ahead of time ensures it's ready for Santa to present at the perfect moment.

CAN WE CUSTOMIZE THE SET OR BRING PROPS?
To keep sessions running smoothly, we ask that no outside props, custom setups, or surprises be brought to mini sessions. If you have an idea, please reach out ahead of time to check if it's possible. Mini sessions are designed to be quick, magical, and stress-free, with a set flow to ensure a smooth experience for every family. If you’re hoping for a more tailored experience, we recommend booking a full family portrait session, where there’s plenty of time for personal touches and creative flexibility.

SHOULD WE ARRIVE DRESSED?
Yes! Your children must be fed, changed, and fully dressed upon entrance to the studio. Because these mini sessions are back to back, the studio changing area is not available. Please make sure to feed, change, and dress your children in the car or at home prior to your session.

WHAT ABOUT BAD WEATHER?
We use studio lighting in our studio so we don't have to rely on natural light and the unpredictable weather. These sessions will be in the studio, so the show will go on rain, snow or shine!

WHAT EDITING IS INCLUDED?
Basic color correction is included. Additional edits beyond the photographer's control will be subject to an additional fee if this is something you're interested/require. Small blemishes are typically easily removed, but if an extensive edit is needed, these edits take a massive amount of time and will require an additional fee/longer turnaround time.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
The studio is not pet-friendly. You will be asked to leave if you show up with a pet, even a hypoallergenic animal. No exceptions will be made, so do not bring one the day of and ask.
