Hey friends!! I absolutely cannot believe that we are SO close to December. Baby Hendricks turned 23 weeks today and we are so excited to share his name we chose for him with you all!! *drumroll*
We are naming him Brayden Joseph Hendricks! We are so excited to share this news with you all and can’t wait to meet him on or before December 13th!! There has been so much change and progress during this pregnancy and here are some of our most recent updates:
We are officially 23 weeks so that means Brayden is the size of a grapefruit!! AHHH!! WHAT?! That’s crazy. I absolutely cannot believe there’s a baby that big inside of my belly. Which is FINALLY starting to pop! I never thought it would (it seemed like it was taking forever) and then it just showed up out of nowhere one day! I love laying down and feeling him squirm & swim around in there! He is the absolute sweetest and we cannot wait to raise this little boy. The cats are even starting to notice a change I think because they have been SO loving towards me and love to curl up next to my belly. How cute is that?!
It blows my mind that we’re over halfway there and he’ll be here in no time. We finally finished our baby registry, sent out invitations for the baby shower, and now we’re getting excited for that day so we can finally party with some of our closest friends & family!! We’re doing a co-ed baby shower because there are so many of our friends who are married & have kids and we didn’t want to exclude anyone. Plus, Colby thought it would be super fun to throw a BBQ for our friends & family to celebrate Baby Brayden.
